Strength, Conditioning & Technical Training – Out of the Water

While diving happens in the pool, a huge part of developing as an athlete happens on land. Strength, conditioning, and technical drills outside the water are just as vital – helping divers refine their technique, build power, and practise movements before taking them to the board.

A big thank you to Fe and the team at PowerHouse NZ for welcoming us into their space so we can make the most our WDC Olympic Trampoline, & Fat Mats, and PHNZ's equipment.

These dryland sessions are the next step in boosting our divers’ strength, skills, and confidence.
